The cost is $250 pesos per load, up to a maximum of 15 items or 7 kilos (15 lb.) per load.

Conditions:

     • The clothes must be delivered between 8 am and 12 pm (we do not receive clothes outside of these hours).

     • The clothes are delivered to the guest the next day at the same time.

     • Each bag delivered is considered 1 load and will be placed in the washing machine as such.

     • We do not separate garments by color.

     • We do not do hand washing.

     • We do not wash shoes.

     • We are not responsible for items left inside the garments.

     • Payment will be requested once the clothes are delivered.

     • We are careful with clothes but since it is a hotel laundry there is always a risk.

     • The guest understands and accepts these conditions at the time of delivering the clothing.
